The kindling of leaves increased the roar of the fire; a stunning vision to enter my mind.
Solitude in the silence and darkness of the night
Your bright, fiery light in the midst of surrounding darkness
You and me alone
So comforting; so warm and healing
Like one long safe embrace
Shielding me from the bitter cold of winter
Your roaring strength
Fuels the strength inside me
Reinvigorating the lost touch of wilderness
You're mesmerising and beautiful
Eyes fixed on you in awe
Primal and powerful
You live inside of me
